Incrementing Bank Card Expiration Year In Terms

If you do not inform us of your desire to cancel, we assume that you want to continue service.  Why would we assume you want to cancel simply because your card expired before the FaxBetter renewal date?  We have thousands of customers that simply forget to upgrade their card in our system, this does not mean they want to cancel.

Additionally, paragraph 13 of our terms of service (to which you agreed as a prerequisite of submitting your bank card) states, "If you do not keep your payment information current, you authorize us to make assumptions about your billing information in order to successfully collect payment.  These assumptions may include but are not limited to incrementing your bank card's expiration year."
